A SWEET SUMMER WEDDING ON A BLUFF
My husband and I always joked that we decided to get married because we attended an alarming amount of weddings. We'd become intoxicated by the vows, the blending of families, the pure joy of it all. We'd squeeze each other's hands and give each other that knowing nod. "That'll be us soon." Some weddings just have that effect.
Colleen & Dennis's summertime nuptials at the Water Witch Club in Highlands, NJ, personified that magical effect. Colleen's infectious smile and heart of gold shone through every moment, and I'll never forget the way she and Dennis looked at each other - a gaze that spoke a million words without uttering one at all. If that isn't love, folks, I don't know what is.
